Ms. Ella Ruth Belvin, age 83 of Gloucester Virginia, passed away on September 18, 2026. She was born March 9, 1943 to Andrew and Violet Brown. Ella loved country music, horror movies, jokes and joking around. She is survived by her children Susan Jenkins, David Jenkins, Chris Jenkins and sister Catherine Smith and many friends. 

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on September 25, 2026 at Rosewell Memorial Gardens in Hayes, Virginia.
