Mr. Frank J. Norfleet, 87, born April 25, 1939 in Holland Virginia to the late Lucille Perkins, departed this life on July 25, 2026. Mr. served 26 years in the U.S. Army. He retired a second time after serving many years as a correctional officer with the City of Newport News.
Mr. Norfleet service will be held Saturday, August 1, 2026 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Carter of Funeral Home.
